Fwiw, there is lots of sulfur in gas, and a great deal of industry devoted to reducing it. (Common to fossil fuels) That the sulfur in garlic would react with the chromium oxide surface of stainless steel is another discussion entirely and I am not qualified to opine, but doubt anyways.

If the definition is about “fasted workouts” then the article is focused on workouts 12+ hours after eating, right? Still seems a little suspect. I can’t eat within 3 hours of working out or I get sick.  I eat immediately after.
