Its funny because the only argument everyone that hates on VIII seems to put forth is that Squall is an annoying emo. He was the least emotional character of any title. Sure he had one moment in the Galbadian Garden, but he had also just lost the closest thing to a friend he had and was experiencing vivid, extreme

Monster is as sweet as baterry fluid burns. Its like trying to get drunk off of Smirnoff, you throw up before you’re even drunk.

That “headshot” is a recolored and touched up version of Amano’s work. That is NOT Amano’s work.

I am also a huge Amano fan; however, he is only a concept artist. He does not direct the final outcome of the game’s visuals, or the actual character. Even then, I disagree with your take on the mobile sprites being a more accurate interpretation of Amano’s style.

Because based off what little they have shown so far it looks, at this time, likely that they are not so much remaking the original as they are releasing NEW games based off of the original’s story.

Lets just hope that this new combat system they’re championing is on par with that of XII’s. If I can’t configure each of my beloved character’s A.I. and playstyle and instead have to play “FF: Cloud’s Epic Advneture” I’m out.

But Crisis Core already plays well and looks great today. They don’t have to remake it or touch it at all. Now re-releasing Crisis Core? Definitely. Honestly they are just going to expand on the original game’s story. So we will probably hear references to Genesis and Angeal, and more exploration of Cloud’s backround

Heck, I’d even be open to something completely new and unseen.

I have a strong feeling that they will incorporate something similar to X’s level system. VII was the first game to adopt the popular anime style and themes that the title has ran with since. Being able to break more limits will not only give fans more to accomplish, it will feel right.

It sounds like they are maturing the content alongside the graphics. So better graphics AND expanded content. Its not only going to be a better looking VII, its going to be a larger, more thorough VII.

Now playing

While its not a 2015 release, the thumbnail reminded me of it. One of my favorites from not long ago

As awesome as OPM is, the opening song is... well not as awesome. I can live with it being omitted. Doesn’t make him any less of a “One Punch” man.

The buff effect looks bad?? Its 140p quality and unfinished, and even then I thought it looked well done. When it swings you can see organic trails of flame following in its wake.

Never. Each game takes place in the same universe but there is little dialogue to progress the narrative. Often the story is told through the environments themselves. Often you feel as though you are treading through the remains of some great episode in history; treading very carefully...

Did you notice the main character driving the sword into the bonfire? Looks like a prequel to Dark Souls.

Where have you been? P.M. is the only reason the scene thrived during the Brawl release. Without P.M. you would have a difficult time finding any hosting for Smash 4 tourneys today. You’d have to cram into your local Game Stop... ewww.

Well imagine if the next Pokemon installment changed the catch system to auto-catch at a %100 success rate with every pokeball. And then removed TM’s and type advantages.

Don’t know much about the community but from this statement of yours I can certainly conclude that you most certainly are .. “ugh”.

What is illegal about it?

Subscription based games suffer from the same problem that F2P do in that they both must cater to the fanbase’s needs. It creates dynamic in the game that makes it casual and less of an experience. All of the tools they add to make the game more user friendly retract from the immersion that make MMO’s unique. I’d
