Some details on the drive modes and what they change and how they feel. And is there a custom option for the modes? 

I'm betting governments would be likely buyers of the diesel (including Suburban), wouldn't surprise me if a special tune was made for military grade diesel

They're the intake for the air curtain. A lot of new cars have them and they integrate the design in different ways. The Sierra for example integrates it into the fog light bezel.

As a Fiero owner, how less cool am I now that the C8 is out?

Went from a turbo Subaru that required premium to a diesel truck and still made it out ahead.

I’d be willing to bet that Nissan’s oldest products (*cough* Frontier) don’t meet the stricter 2020 emissions standard that go into effect at the end of the year. It’ll be interesting to see how it plays out.
