Diesel Colorado/Canyons have a fuel heater in the fuel filter assembly, the DEF lines are also heated as DEF freezes at 12F. The HVAC module also has an electric heater core, so the cabin is warm just as quick as a gas engine. I imagine most modern diesels are the same.
2020 is also when these HD trucks will be required to display fuel economy on the sticker. The Ram HD being a MY19 means GM will be the first one's up to bat.

Most of the time, the Odometer reading is stored in the cluster itself, so when you swap a power cube out it wouldn’t necessarily reset itself, thus you would have to take it somewhere to get that reset.
The fenders have holes punched in them that accept clips on the moulding. The moulding isn’t just stuck on there with tape/glue.
