What are the affects of "normalizing" a track that is supposed to be really soft (ie Classical music) when it's being adjusted with, say, heavy metal music? Just wondering...

I thought the reason why they couldn't get the Bug license was because VW didn't want the it to be conveyed as a weapon? This would validate the "wimping" out context to me.
