Literally made for this thread. You have a bunch of fairly solid digital ones the last few years but this and the E46 sedan cluster are things of analog beauty. I am in love.
The Bro-Dozer truck and it’s related spawn ($60k Jeeps that don’t go offroad, FUVs that are somehow terrible on every terrain, the new Jeep truck, etc.) are not about utility, they are about image.

I’m so amazed that those wheels made it through all the levels of approval necessary to make it to production. That’s just....it’s mind boggling.
No, it doesn’t.
Sporty from the perspective of a whale sized crossover, maybe. But only in that perspective. It’s too big, too tall, too heavy, too comfy (non-communicative) and too automatic to actually be sporty.
Everybody laughs at people who “fix up” their land barge X5. This is coming from a guy whose wife drives a 2017 X5. I saw one just like my wife’s with an M Performance decal on the rocker panels. I couldn’t help but laugh at this attempt to make a baby-carrier into a “performance” vehicle.

Surprising to hear that 2013 was their best year since 2007, but not really when you remember that 2008-2012 was the worst recession in recent history. '13 was an up year for just about everybody.
Audi doesn't push mini-elite soccer mom SUV's as hard as Acura...
