Could be sending a message to the other senators. It’s not, he’s just being a petulant shit, but it could be if it were anyone other than Trump yet still stupid enough to think it was a good tactic with only a two vote margin.

And? How does that change the decision making that Trump would be objectively far worse for any ideal of a ‘progressive liberal’ and someone who is/was uniquely unfit for the office and likely a danger to the country?

fuck off

Nope. No problem at any level. If there is a viable candidate you believe will work for your ideals, you should vote for them. Again, realize what the election means. If your state is about to become a supermajority Republican while you claim to be a bleeding heart liberal, maybe vote for the Democrat, or Independent,

I’m not unsympathetic to trying to break up the two party system, but read the fucking room. Do your work at the state and local level. Get members elected to congress and put pressure on existing political parties to shift the Overton window. Then when there’s a legitimate shot for your candidate to be elected,

It’s a norm that’s come to somewhat be expected over the years. Some Presidents take it more seriously than others and there will always be contention from the other side over who didn’t make enough symbolic gestures, though IMO the ‘True American Patriot™’ part of the Republican party cares a great deal more when

Probably an attempt to reduce their sentencing as much as possible. They can’t use the “whole life ahead of them” excuse so the “she’s not a good apple and was probably asking for it” is what they go with.

The adult thing to do is to vote for the party that best represents your interests, interests of your community, fellow countrymen and the rest of the world

Depends on if they’re hot.

I want to slap them through the monitor and say, “read what you just fucking wrote and think about it.”

It’s not that she “hates” anyone, it’s just that Prosperity Jesus teaches that those who negatively impact her bottom line need to be. . . dealt with.

Because they’ve been some of the most outspoken, organized, and tenacious activists in the healthcare fight.

Puerto Rico’s GDP is (or was) over 100 billion yearly. I wasn’t able to find recent yearly numbers, but per the last census their federal expenditure was $256 billion over ten years, roughly $26 billion yearly. You got it flipped.

That rushing sound you hear is tens of thousands of NFL fans suddenly reconsidering their opposition to those dang protests.

Setting aside basic empathy or fidelity to commitments by the state arguments, by federal spending do you mean disaster relief? Cause if that’s your argument, then why should damn near any area ever get disaster relief?

And not a sandwich.

At least for the big ones. Wires tapped, Comey firing, Flynn, No contact with Russia. Okay, that last one might get a little long, but that chart is really illustrative of the goalpost moving.
