It’s turning into a real pet peeve of mine of people using the term countless for things that can clearly be counted. Even if you don’t feel like counting, there’s a goddamn purchase order or a receipt. It’s literally been counted already by whomever conducted the transaction or inventoried the donation.

I meant it in the sarcastic sense of “it’s literally the least they can do.” As in take your prayers and shove them up your ass. If you want to help, then help, but don’t fool yourself into thinking you’ve done something other than fluff your own ego by offering ‘thoughts and prayers’.
