The whole thing is just so petty, narcissistic, and immature.

He is doing the same thing anyone else would probably do except he is a lot more famous. People respond and comments on things on multiple social media accounts But Che is thin skinned ? Yeah like everyone else too.

Che clearly enjoys doing it and I say more power to him. People love serving up unsolicited criticism so what’s wrong with receiving some in return? (That’s a rhetorical question, so don’t feel compelled to reply to me.)

This feels like a story arc from Friday Night Lights

You have problem with Corporate Communist Capitalism©®™, comrade?

I can never ignore ESPN 8.

“Listen, I have learned more about the issue with China and Hong Kong in the last 48 hours because of this.”

ESPN is worried about pissing off Tencent, the massive Chinese internet company that it struck a deal with in 2016.

This is exactly what it is. It’s always been thinly veiled to the point that this racist, white old man who would tell you he’s not racist couldn’t see it, so he blurted it out all together without the veil because he never saw the veil. That reminds me, I need to give my dad a call.

Soccer snobs reeeeaaallly gotta get over themselves

People want a Chinese actress, but not her pro-China ideas.

So only people in China should vocally oppose strident Chinese nationalism? What a very convenient position.

She’s a rich celebrity from a rich family and she has a US passport and career. If any Chinese citizen was equipped to speak against the brutality of their state then it was her. Of course, that would jeopardize the position of privilege she and her family enjoy, but we tend to laud those who sacrifice for their

She posted; she didn’t have to.  She suffers the consequences. So don’t post sensitive material without thinking of the possible consequences. She can’t undo things now.  But now knowing her background, her life of Communist Party privilege, and her American passport, well, kind of ironic...

Mulan supports the oppression of fellow country men...huh.....
