Problem with that is that it weight as much as the car engine. So perhaps something with nearly as much uumph and third of the weight like other large triples in the triumph lineup.

I’m totally on board with the triples as engine choise, but I think that’s wrong triple. Perhaps triple from Triumph Tiger 1200 or even from Yamaha Mt-09 would do the trick more nicely.

Yup. It’s compact, but has very roomy interior and boot, all aluminium body, had epic fuel mileage (diesel had 2.9l/100km on highway, or 80 something in sausages per square feet) and was interesting looking. I’ve often pondered getting one as second car.

First think should be change the oil in the diffs and transfercase. The front has next to no oil and it’s “for life”. And it cost 5k to replace. They tend to go around 150tkm unless oil is changed.
