How's the World's End not on the list? The brawl in the Beehive is awesome!

When Kate Stewart and the Doctor where talking before they got on the airplane the Doctor asked where Clara was and Kate Stewart asks 'Clara Oswald? Your assistant?' but it seems she would've known that since she met Clara in the Day of the Doctor

What I didn't get was that I was under the impression that this took place before the Day of the Doctor. Since Kate Stewart didn't know who Clara was (at least I thought she didn't know), so to kill Osgood is still a little weird to me.
