That being said, I don’t disagree with your argument. We don’t fly the Imperial Japanese flag or the Nazi flag, why should we fly any other losing flags?

The free market has spoken. No one is making the flag because its a symbol of racism and oppression and surrender. Perhaps you should get in the business of flag manufacturing if there is a void in the market. They are legal to produce after all.
