Porsche has had them for a few years now. They’re stupid expensive but they work. The aftermarket Braille batteries have some serious punch.

I’m just outside Detroit. Growing up in the NW side, very much “Hood” this was common and still is today. Outside the city boundary you almost never see it.
Yes.
If you’re paying someone else to work on it it will kill you.
It really depends otherwise. Are you spending 10k on a mint version so you only need to do maintence? Or are you buying a $1500 car like me which needed some mechanical love?
A car with up to date maintence is something a home wrench can manage, having a…
Because now you need to worry about cars pulling out from both sides. It makes other cars parking more difficult and just ruins the order of the street. It takes something orderly and makes it chaos.
Around me it’s mostly people in the inner city that park that way..or the very elderly.
You really want to be the tow truck driver hauling a possible car bomb?
Have you ever used a tool that works so well you almost forget you’re having to interact with a device to accomplish your task? Be it a wood plane, saw, chefs knife ect.
It’s powerful but it’s gentile. It’s taking care of you, you don’t need to worry. Yes you still need to drive but the user experience is so different…
I’m with you until the last sentence. We have different conclusions from the same points
The Honda can do 99.9% of what most people do with their trucks. You can haul wood, pick up motors, tow, run stuff over.
For everything but towing your Mustang (depending on your trailer weight) the Ridgeline would fit you needs…
I own one.
It’s all about smoothness. It’s rapid, but not quick. Power is never wanting but it’s never enough to pique your adrenaline. Cruising at 90 is meditation, there’s very little noise from the engine even at wide open.
Everything has been thought out, everything works beautifully be it interior ergonomics or the…
You’re off in lala land here.
If you don’t need to haul more than 5,000 lbs, need a 4 door sedan and want something your wife will drive this is a far better option.
People need ONE car. If your spend your money where you spend your time and prioritize your decisions on your ACTUAL use case this truck makes perfect…
My E38 750IL has been extremely reliable and inexpensive to maintain.
I had to replace the rear SLS lines due to rust but once I got that plumbing fixed and the accumulators replaced preventively the car has been flawless. I’m pushing 230k.
This is for the soccer dad who needs a 4 door sedan, also wants to be able to haul the kids bikes, some lumber or a a few bulky items. You can tow around 5k lbs, that’s plenty for the small family boat or a few dirtbikes/4wheelers
Think of this as a 4 door sedan with most of the hauling capabilities of a Ranger.
If you…
A ticket for 3 mph over?
The cost to rent a bike is crazy. Their mileage costs are otherworldly.
So how do you know if the area has no restriction?
Japan is the exact opposite, it’s reasonably expensive to get there but you can tour the country very inexpensivly if you choose.
You guys went a little crazy with the filters, eh?
I love this blue green. I had a 1994 AAZ (1.9 IDI Diesel) imported from Canada as a daily driver for a year or so. It’s an early Mk3 only color. 75 hp with a fully mechanical pump and cold start handle. Awful light brown/tan interior.
39-43 mpg, so no TDI level fuel economy but she loved to rev and rev.
That song is so played out, I never want to hear it again.
