I almost got hit on a bike a while back.  I’m not some hardcore cyclist, so as such, I was crawling up a hill in a low gear.  It was 5 am, pitch black and slightly foggy and I was wearing reflective gear, a forward light on the bike, one on my helmet and a red flashing one in the back. The driver in a HUGE pickup was

Thank you for this.

I test drove a new Toyota Tacoma and Sequoia at the auto show. You could hide an entire kid’s soccer team in front of the damn trucks and you’d never see them. There’s a reason they come with cameras everywhere - that’s the only way you’ll ever see the road directly in front of you. Or the kid you’re about to crush.

As a cyclist, I will say we cant completely discount the fact that some intersections are laid out like absolute dogshit. and the way the city planners put the bike lanes in reallllllly makes you wonder who’s butthole their heads were up, because fuck... someone is gonna die.

Be better drivers. Just waiting for the comments to come about “but I see bicyclists do this and that blah blah blah”. Yeah, maybe but they are taking their life into their own hands. They don’t run over cars and kill people, but they are overwhelmingly at danger and face death because of inattentive drivers, angry

Sorry, I could have been more clear. While I find the suggestion of having cycling routes elevated or underground or through buildings” to be silly, I’m not against proper bicycle infrastructure. It’s the last paragraph that’s the really bad part.

I feel bad for drivers facing these barriers. On one hand - yes, they are trying to save the lives of cyclists like me. But on the other hand, they make it tougher to watch YouTube while driving way over the speed limit. It’s a terrible inconvenience, that. What are they going to do next, force cars to stop before

Holy shit, that’s a bad take. Please don’t make me list the reasons why; just renounce it and hope you can be forgiven someday.

Been in the bike business since the mid 90s. Raced, commuted. You name it.

A major issue I see is the push towards “light trucks”. This push is not from the consumer, originally, but from the government that had different rules for fuel economy and safety for light trucks and cars (and still do with fuel economy). Since the manufacturers found SUVs to be more profitable, they really went

The premise that narrower driving lanes will slow down cars is butting up against drivers’ refusal to slow down, ever, for anything.

Midnight Club realism was ahead of its time.

I’m OK with this list. What I’m not OK with is “Teggy”. Are you serious? That truly is one of the stupidest things I’ve ever read. If anyone actually says this they need to be run over with a Type-R until they never say it again.

Realistic body kit fitment lol

thats not threading the needle through the chicane thats cheating. both tires are inside the curbing and that would be a penalty on any track.  it would def get your time thrown out in the game.  hell it would turn red in gt6 if i put one wheel off the track.

Okay I actually hate the cladding. It’d bad enough on a crossover but now it’s literally holding the car back with complicated fluff.

THERE IS NO OTHER TIMELINE ABED!!

I’d rather see Mick Schumacher go to Alpha than Bottas, but it sounds like it is a done deal.

Raph, buddy, you’re doing the wrong kinds of drugs if you think that hideous thing looks remotely good.
