Actually “catty-corner” is quite common based on the word “cattywampus” or “catawampus.” I’ve heard catty-corner many times, much more than kitty-corner.

1st gear - I just can’t trust these reliability rankings any more when there’s so much emphasis put on the infotainment systems. It used to be that the survey results reflected the actual reliability of the car (i.e mechanical or electrical failures) but now that infotainment issues are in the mix it muddies the water…
The real problem can be surmised with this:
