Don’t ask me, ask a woman. I suspect they’d tell you it’s important to them, but the whole point I was trying to make is that men on the internet positing what is best for women is exactly the reason they are having this festival in the first place.

I get his point. My point is that, perhaps the way they see things, the fact that it’s difficult means it’s all the more necessary?

It’s almost like those under-represented in their professions need a festival to hire them.

Yeah, it’s not like they still have 52% of the population available to stock all those positions. However will they manage?
