Odds are the appeal gets upheld. They tend to be reasonably forgiving if you’re contacted by another competitor anywhere near the transfer zone.

I used to run track, and I’m still in decent shape because I crew at least 3x a week. I would not reach professional levels of velocity, but I do think I could generate enough momentum to at least severely injure myself.
