Disclaimer: I drive and own BMWs (for the past 25 years) due to my income being dependent on them. If it was not ... I would still appreciate the driving qualities, but I likely would own something else for the same cash outlay (maybe ....).

Instead of being an obvious vindictive ****, he could have just left the phone there .... for it to fall off later. “Here’s your wallet, sir, have a nice day. We won’t discuss you almost killing me and then telling me to *******, as I still try to help you out”.
