I will happily take you up on that bet. With interest. Hate on Lady Gaga are you want, but it doesn’t erase the fact that she has made a massive, lasting, and un-erasable mark on pop music.

Let her ruin another. We need something light to cry about in these dark times. Also, she may be okay in it. Somebody call, Lin Manuel!
I am pretty sure that all of the things they included are standard to Indian weddings. Each day and element is part of a certain ritual—I don’t think non-Indians are in any positions to judge another culture’s commonly accepted rites of passage and celebrations. And she is literally the biggest star in India, and in…
No. The families of the bride and groom pay for everything including all of the hotels of the guests. That’s why the costs are insane. Weddings are a huge thing in India and are about the families and guests, far more than they are about the bride and groom themselves.
Those kinds of choreographed dance parties are VERYYYY common in Indian weddings. In the dozens of Indian weddings I’ve been to, I don’t know that there’s been one WITHOUT choreographed dances, regardless of how humble or ostentatious the wedding was.
She’s an A-lister in India, which is where the wedding was, and which has a population 3 times that of the US. Their big stars are Much bigger than our big stars.
In Indian weddings its common to have a Sangeet, which includes dances and performances from both families. It shouldnt be seen as an unusual inclusion

Nothing makes me feel poor like someone calling the $60(CAD) bras that I can barely afford “cheap.”
Still better than La Senza, I guess.
What the hell? When did Jezzy commenters get so nasty?
Halsey: Proof that just because you can sing loudly doesn’t mean you can sing well...
This story was not reported as if the disappearance had anything to do with Costa Rica. It was simply... reported.
Hi Jezzies, I want to thank a lot of you for all of your advice and offers of help last week, it has meant so much to me. I have found a cat sitter for Ollie and Can spend Xmas with family. Those of you who have seen me comment for the part 16 months know what a hell it has been for me. I attempted suicide and became…

And when they come back, you’ll come back (and will have remembered your burner login) to tell us what you learned, right? It’s only fair.
I know someone who is a (completely non-famous) family relation and at the Priyanka/Nick Jonas wedding. It was so hard to be respectful and not grill them for every detail before the wedding, but I don’t think I’m going to be able to resist when they come back.
Or we could remember that we’ve all been very young; and, recall that moment in our ‘woke’ lives, wherein we learned that shitting on other people for frivolous reasons, was more of a reflection on us then them.
