What they are missing is Sakaguchi. Ever since he was chased out for messing up one time (Spirits Within) their quality has gone down and the games take forever to make.

Loved following this series, thanks for making it! It’s made me see the value in a FF7 remake other than better graphicsif Square adds these kinds of nuances in the English version. Also I already liked Aeris, but you have definitely made me like her character much more than before.

This looks interesting! I always loved the Japanese delinquent theme. The Cromartie High anime and Angel Densetsu manga are may favorites.

Thanks! And yeah it is nice to have a civil discussion.

No problem, I got a bit defensive in my initial response too lol.

I like some Marvel films btw, just take them for what they are.

Yeah like an example for me is I did pretty much everything in Bloodborne and now I’m playing God of War 3 on normal and find the combat to be a hard and frustrating experience. I’m forcing myself to beat it since I got it free via PS+ and wanted to play it before God of War. The common perception is likely Bloodborne

If we’re talking movies, the FromSoftware’s games would be more like a Stanly Kubrick film rather than the mindless marvel movies. People don’t laugh at others when they dissect artistic films from the camera angles, to the set design, to the dialogue. Fans appreciate FromSoftware games because they invite that same

I don’t think it is just that. FromSoftware games are very well designed and balanced, they’ve likely had this difficulty mode discussion at the studio many times and decided what’s best for their vision is to have one very polished difficulty.

What’s scary is people will then say to you “that wasn’t real communism!” and think that they could do it better, meanwhile it has never been done “right” before. And that’s how history repeats itself!

The first thing I worried about if Stadia succeeds was if it was going to be a subscription service. This is because I too believe this would destroy games as a business but also as an art form. Kirk already tackled the business reason so I’d like to touch upon the art reason.

With that line are you actually serious or trying some kind of authoritarian satire?

Thanks! I didn’t think was, just watched the trailer and the pinball concept is not what I was expecting, but it looks great!

Is that screenshot labled as Katana Zero acutally that game? I was googling Katana Zero and it doesn’t look anything like that. I ask because the art style in that screenshot looks interesting to me.

20 years and I still haven’t played anything as beautiful as this game.

Hah I also defeated Ludwig within the first few tries and didn’t get why people said he was the hardest. I thought maybe I was over-leveled from doing a bit of chalice dungeons.

Xi is a dictator (now for life if he wants, since he changed the law to allow it) and in dictatorships it is usually required for the citizens to worship the leaders or else the whole system will collapse.

I hope Anthem will lead people to discover Warframe when looking for an alternative.

This FF9 was remade with Unity so all square has been doing since the mobile version is using Unity’s compiler to quickly port it to other platforms. They probably waited until Unity released a Switch compiler to port it, this really takes seconds to do. That’s why all these bugs carry over and the ps3 version doesn’t
