Try moving continents, having your region locked console die, buying a local one and then needing to re-buy a library of identical games for an identical platform, all because of one line of code contained within the carts. That hurts.

Back in my day they released things called “Expansion Packs”! You had to go to a physical store and acquire a physical disk! They cost about half as much as the original game but added almost as much content! Kids today!

I collected all 24 masks yesterday so I’m off to the Moon in Majora’s Mask 3D for the final showdown. After that I’m going to get stuck in to Birthright taking breaks to support team Red in this weekend’s Splatfest.

London’s Olympic Park is pretty much as it was during the last games. All the arenas are still being used for sporting events and are in good condition. I think the velodrome was dismantled or something but there are so many sporting arenas in London that it would probably be quite feasible to move the games back…
