I would die if I spotted Christy at the Union Square farmers’ market. I WOULD DIE. She’s so beautiful and brainy and activist and she is ONE THIRD OF THE TRINITY!

Kaia is a nepotism model, yes, but she’s earning her keep. She’s not one of my favorites, but I give her props for working hard to prove herself. (My fave new model of this season? Oumie Jammeh!!)

Twiggy is such a great lady. I love to hear her talk about the amazing times in which she lived. She’s a very humble and refined woman who is so gracious about the charmed life she led. And so ever beautiful!

The entire Ford period has been omitted from the collection, which I actually found hilarious. LET’S PRETEND THAT NEVER HAPPENED, SHALL WE?

I mean, officially you have to be sixteen to walk NYFW, and for the most part, designers do adhere to that in 2017. (Europe is another story. Don’t get me started on “feminist” Miuccia Prada and her obsession with pubescents.) We have Sara Ziff to mainly thank for this.

Brutal, but true. Wang is in his mid-thirties now. He should evolve and take his OG squad along for the ride. I daresay he should look to Marc Jacobs for an idea of how to be an aging NYC cool kid/party boy and still keep it real. No one cares if you’re “old”; they’ll only care if you’re inauthentic and/or making

I’m so sorry, Italy

Preach, honey. :) <3 Anyone can call herself a model, but us fashion bitches will be the ones to say if that’s actually legit. But we love our actual models. Look at the way people are utterly, forever devoted to Naomi, or Shalom, or Carmen Dell’Orifice or Twiggy. I’ve passed Paulina Porizkova on the street multiple

I think Kendall walked Tom Ford and Kors, but the Europeans completely shut her out. Nelson Muntz ha-ha!!

Yeah, Lily would probably be stuck in catalogs if her mom (and dad) were not legends. Even with Kaia, she might stall out if she were just some middle-class American girl, without the benefits of having grown up with an actual supermodel as her mother. Life is unfair this way, lol.

Well, if it makes you feel better (it makes me feel better!), Kendall really didn’t get booked at all for S/S this past month. She and Bella walked very few shows overall (esp compared to previous seasons) and worked none at Milan or Paris at all. Their inexplicable reign is finally ending. I’m delighted, because

OMG I love you for this ... did you imitate Pat’s shoulder-shimmy dance in your living room back in 1983? Because I did SO MANY TIMES

How does this nose whittling not disturb people? She also looks like she’s had fillers, which is weird, because she’s all of 20.

Jenner is the fucking worst

Most people don’t. And I’m not anti-surgery, in the sense that people should feel free to do what they like with their faces/bodies.

Alexander Wang put my goddess Binx Walton in one of those fucking bachelorette-party headbands and I cannot forgive him for it. Binx also opened/closed Tom Ford this season so she’ll be fine, but still, WTF Wang?

Gigi is hot. She also works hard and knows her lane—she is super-successful modeling for highly commercial designers like Stuart Weitzman and Tommy Hilfiger, for example. She’s not trying to be Gucci/Prada, let alone Margiela or Helmut Lang. I’ve grown to respect her hustle.

Her nose job is extreme. I can’t even deal with those full-face Dior ads. It’s not normal.

Kaia is Cindy Crawford’s daughter (just for anyone who doesn’t know), so the nepotism issue is already forefront. However, unlike Kendall and the short Hadid, Kaia is a truly good model and has really slayed this season. She walked blue-chip shows and she had great presence, and fashion people are going nuts for her.

We ARE young!! *fist pump*
