That's what he did right after Hogwarts. Then he did Auror work with Harry for a while. I believe in Cursed Child it's implied he's a full-time stay at home dad with Rose and Hugo but he might also have a less-profile job that isn't named.

Yeah I agree, the TT stuff gets pretty muddled. I'm fairly positive it's all for the sake of having an exciting stage show that lets the current characters revisit the popular characters and sets of old, but reading it is a little confusing.
Fair opinion, but since when is Harry Potter a romantic comedy?
Well Cursed Child is here to prove you that lovable stay at home dad is exactly what Ron becomes, while Hermione becomes Minister of Magic. Their relationship is great in the script/play.
He didn't necessarily say goodbye – he just said the bathroom scene was the last scene he filmed. The season was filmed out of order (the actual very last filmed scene of the whole series was that moment on the beach with Hannah at the end of episode one) so it's possible he's still in it next week.
She seems to sort of like the kids, but she loses them in a park at one point and jokes to the dad about how one of them slammed her head and almost passed out. (She never actually sleeps with the dad - he hits on her and she rejects him.)
When is it ever implied she likes kids? She seems to hate Sample and has horrible instincts with her, and she was a truly awful nanny.
I hope it's neither. Being in emotional turmoil can do a number on a person.
She ordered a seltzer because she's sober now after rehab and AA. I wouldn't read into that bit as a clue.
That's a fair point, but I think we use characters to talk about real word attitudes, too, especially on Girls.
First of all, calm down. I know these are fictional people and I don't actually care in a super strong way. All I really meant is that no one knows how Hannah will be as a mother - she seems to have her shit together, and she has support (her mother didn't outwardly oppose the situation, she just protected her own…
Yeah I always forget about that, and the show sort of glossed it over :(
I've literally watched that scene 20 times because I had to write a piece about it, and I just rewatched it now to be extra sure. She never once says no. In fact, she says "ok" every time he starts something weird. She's visibly uncomfortable from the beginning so he is definitely misreading the situation and not…
She's got steady writing gigs with legitimate publications which means she's both supporting herself financially and actually pursuing her dream of being a respectable writer. She's way more honest in her friendships, including calling Marnie out for the weird shit she was pulling with Ray and Desi, and she removed…
The creators have said that Shosh gets the most triumphant ending out of any of the Girls, so I imagine she'll get back together with Ray and get an amazing job.
Paul Louis was the water ski instructor, but he was assisting with the surf lessons that day. There was another guy leading the surf class.
The Shiri Appleby thing was not rape, and he definitely never raped anyone earlier than that either. Uncomfortable, provocative sex isn't rape - he asked Shiri's character if everything he was doing was OK and she said yes. She didn't like the end results because it made her squirmy, but that doesn't make it rape. It…
The Zosia thing is confusing - I can't imagine what else she would be working on. Adam Driver literally flew to NYC from the UK two seasons ago to film Girls on his weekend breaks from Star Wars. It seems weird that they wouldn't be as accommodating for her, if it really is a scheduling thing.
Yeah, I saw those photos a while ago. It's still possible that they reunite temporarily but don't stay together?
Garrison literally said that their roommate said she would never speak to Jessa again, but doesn't care as much about the wrong things Adam has done. So their roommate seems very aware of the bullshit Jessa has pulled, and the commenter was saying it's interesting that her roommate holds Jessa to the standard that…
