I hadn't thought of those things. I've been under general before - when I had my wisdom teeth out in HS (they were impacted). I remember waking up in a different room, and being super confused because I had no idea how I got there. I had walked, apparently, but remembered none of it. I can imagine how

So I asked and apparently she had a low platelet count and therefore they didn't want to do the spinal block injection, hence the general anesthesia.

I don't *think* so, but I'll have to double-check. As my mother so bluntly put it "you were stubborn; you didn't want to come out." So, 14 hours or so after her water broke, they just decided to go with a c-section. I'm pretty sure my sister was a similar situation.

Does anyone know when they switched from general anesthesia to more local? My sister and I were both C-sections in the mid/late 80's, and I'm 99% sure my mom was not conscious for the experience. Seeing as how I hate needles/hospital procedures in general, I'd much prefer to not be cognizant of the experience.

I want it. All. Now. Very 50s Dior vibe.

Aaaaaand WBC gave frats a new theme party.

But the difference between you and me and her is that in Chelsea's shitty relationship, there's a kid on the line.

I think mental health does play a huge role in her situation. I guess what pisses me of the most about her, though, is that she knows she's bipolar and has medication for it, but then refuses to take it. She and Chelsea both do stupid things, but Jenelle's are worse (criminal record versus general helplessness). At

Chelsea annoys me, but IMHO, Jenelle is the absolute worse. At least Chelsea takes an active role in her child's life, whereas Jenelle treats her kid like an accessory.

I agree. And I'd add that the additional seasons of 16 & P show that no, your boyfriend isn't likely to be the 2% of boyfriends that stay with the girl after she gives birth, and the show Teen Mom portrays how the problems don't go away as the baby grows, in fact, new ones arise. Long term implications of having a

That's hilarious. Kudos to her for not falling under Swift's spell.

Dude, the Kanye thing was epic. I harbor a secret hope he'll do it again sometime.

Ugh, I had forgotten about that. And yet, here she is, performing again and Stevie Nicks is not.

The claaaawwwww? Yeah I hate it too.

If she hadn't trolled every other boyfriend she's ever had, then maybe. It's kinda her shtick now: ooo who's she trolling now??

I'm starting to like them. Wasn't a fan of the "We Are Young" song, but they are slowly gaining my respect. This fact only helps their cause.

Wait, the lead guy in Fun. used to be in The Format??

If anything, it contributes to my cynicism and mild depression.

I wonder how they got him to agree to it, because, yeah, it was a bit unevenly matched.

Oh gee, "TSwizzle," I wonder who you were referencing with that awful faux-British accent? Also, you still can't sing.
