I enjoyed the dialogue. The action was meh. I greatly enjoyed the "I HAD SEVEN VICTORY POINTS!" after the gunshot.

That was excellent. The delivery made my chuckle, but it was the confusion of the panel that brought out the real laughs :)

@immafattie: Yep, as some have said, mine is loading significantly faster than Fallout 3. So much so that I can't read the little tips they post on the loading screens. It gone before I finish.
