I suppose the real difference here is that with Dead Island, we didn't have something to base our reaction on except for the trailer itself. With Metro: Last Light, we have Metro 2033 to base our expectations on, and I can say without a doubt, that game managed to portray a similar feeling of despair quite well.

Ok. I figured that may be what you were referring to (the price drops/sales that exist in the digital pc marketplace).

I'm a PC gamer, and I'm having an issue understanding what you're saying here. Are you saying that you play(ed) on console because you pay for/play used games vs. new?

I actually scrolled up to recheck the original image! Well played.

Thanks.

Maybe I'm misinterpreting this, but I read it as them putting in more content within the game to make the ending less illusive, not changing the ending outright.

Trolling excellence? Or truth? You decide! Cast your votes at bioware social network!

I had the same scenario up til Anderson said he was proud, then passed.

I have to disagree my good dog. His hair gives him credibility.

I think I've put about 80 hours into it initially after it came out. I really like the invasions. It gave it a more dynamic feel.

Agreed. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEEEEEEEEEEE don't let those technical issues affect you making another one!

Good to know. The movie looks so damned good that I feared making a show based on it as a "half-hour comedy" series would kinda trivialize the impact.

I think this is what was meant to be embedded:

"Rudin will develop the film as a fictional half-hour comedy series for HBO and he will be executive producer"

Fair enough. You win this round Famoustrip. Your rise to fame is not without merit.

I certainly agree, it's just not how I played Diablo. Hell, every other RPGish game I played required me to choose the finer things to keep, and drop the junk. (Yes, Skyrim being the latest.)

Apparently I've been playing Diablo wrong then, because in a loot game, I pick up everything, sell off what I don't want, use the rest, and hope for the best drop.

I liked the fact that I could keep on adventuring and not have to go back to town every 3 seconds when my inventory was full. 9/10 of the shit I couldn't/shouldn't use so it just clogged it up. Being able to break that down immediately was an IMMENSE IMPROVEMENT to me. Yes. I felt the urge to capitalize that

This is my favorite favorite thread on the internet.

Aye. It's developed in house, as GW1 was, by ArenaNet. NCsoft publishes.
