I wouldn’t call them obsolete. The great majority of users have no need to ever upgrade a tablet device, aside from wanting a lighter/smaller one. Most people just use them for basic web stuff and the first iPad works just fine for that.
Yep. But I would bet money some mouthy FanDroid will come in and make a negative comment about this even though no android device has ever matched Apple’s legacy support. Not even the Necus “superphones”
