Not really the name exactly, but my favourite “achievements” are from Fallout New Vegas: “A Slave Obeys” for killing Mr House with a golf club, and “Historical Propriety” for killing Caesar with a knife.

I wasn’t allowed to see it when it came out, because it was 12-rated (the first film rated 12 in the UK at the time, I think) and I was only 10.
