Not necessarily illegally.  Probably found a local person for a private sale.  Such peer to peer transactions are completely legal in much of the United States and do not require filling out form 4473 or have a background check.

here’s a crazy idea, don’t give them guns. if things get out of hand, just let the ppl go. you already know who they are you can snatch them up later

Introducing the cleaner, more environmentally and scatalogically friendly 2023 Dodge Durango Heckcat with 709 HP.

Unfortunately for the claimants, a PR statement isn’t a binding contract.

So tax poor in their combustion cars to pay for a pet project that won’t be done for a decade at best and will benefit them very little. How regressively progressive.

If you want a good topic for an article, how about, why is infrastructure so expensive in this country? It’s not just California High-Speed Rail, and it’s not just California.

As it turns out, overregulation and placating every last environmental group might actually end up making more environmentally-friendly development prohibitively expensive.
