Relax, Jezebel isn’t currently hiring.

Some of you really need to lighten the fuck up.

This is some hardcore “paranoid dad” or “virgin zoomer who lives on Twitter” bullshit you’re pushing mate.

He’ll be quick to blame it on Rio

As someone who was a real nerd as a teenager (and afterward), I say lighten up.

You should try watching to the end of a movie every now and again.  Turns out nearly all of the time, the protagonist learns a valuable lesson about being yourself

Or, we won’t get subways or trains in places that are not New York City because we don’t need them

Current estimates say that electric passenger planes will start hitting the market in 2028 and regional routes like LA-SF are the routes that these will fly first. This could put a dent in the “train is more environmentally friendly”

Looks like cyclists kicked off one door mirror too many.

I've made this comment elsewhere, but when you drive mostly in a rural area you can feel the range anxiety and definitely plan ahead. My town had one pump open until 6pm on weeknights, earlier on weekends. Next pump was probably 20 miles away and also not open that late. Always good to have a can of gas in a pinch.

Here is the thing about range anxiety, it isn’t really about range per se. Americans are aware, dimly admittedly, on some level that they are forgetful idiots. We all kinda know this, it is just a case of how willing we are to admit it, and if you run out of gas because your idiot brain forgot to fill up eight days in
