True - it just doesn’t give you that self-righteous jolt of saving a poor, downtrodden person from a prison sentence. And yes, there’s usually a financial price to pay for taking a standard “benevolent” position. Imagine a world where teachers, social workers, and investigative reporters made the same bank as hedge

Now playing

I’m going to disagree simply because the lead actors on Breaking Bad were superior — Bryan Cranston delivered an absolutely astonishing performance, obviously, and Dean Norris really turned into a dynamo in the last 2 seasons.

I really didn’t think this would ever become the Kim Wexler show to any significant degree, but actress Rhea Seehorn is kind of walking away with it, man.

My dear friend was told three years ago that her Stage 4 cancer was inoperable and she should put her affairs in order. She got a second opinion at Mayo, had an experimental surgery, and two years later she is “no evidence of disease,” with about a 70% chance of non-recurrence. So I am grateful to the team there.

I’m holding out a sliver of hope because he didn’t show Mike a photo of her.

The two shows are fundamentally different animals. BB was a blank canvas for the show runners to create an entire universe and timeline. Viewers had no idea the destination nor the route. In BCS, the show runners have a very specific destination they need to take the viewer but it’s the route that is the unknown.

My love for either show is not strictly monogamous.

Werner’s fate was sealed the moment he mentioned how he’s never been away from his dear wife for so long. That speech only missed “Luckily this is my last job, after which I’ll retire”.

I agree. Mike looked a little less pleased than usual when that happened, though he seemed ready to let it slide. I’m sure he wasn’t expecting Werner to hold court and start drawing not to scale sketches of their secret project on coasters.

Those improv classes are definitely working for her.

I’m afraid poor Werner’s fate is sealed. Gus can’t take the chance he’ll go back to Germany and talk about his legacy, his work of art in the desert, after having a little too much Hefeweizen.

It was BB’s season 3 finale where Donna pronounced the show “one of television’s finest dramatic accomplishments.” Looking back at her BB recaps, you can see that it was more than just the breakneck pacing and plot turns that earned her acclaim. As much love as she has for BCS, her reviews went deeper with BB, ruminat

I mean, she was cool, but not as cool as when her broken arm made her wear her jacket like a cape.

So much more interesting to have Kim be the cause of her own undoing than become the victim of a Jimmy-slip. I really never considered it coming until this episode.

Plot twist: Kim continues to drive DA Ericsen batty, until her career implodes and she sadly veers down the sordid road to meth junkie, ending up in prison for tipping a stolen ATM onto a man named Spooge.

I’ll say it now, the German crew will never make it back to Germany. Werner is a good man (at least as good as a man can be while building a hidden underground meth lab), but with that cocktail napkin, he signed all their death warrants. Gus would never risk him blabbing while drunk when he gets home. And Gus knows

So this was the inspiration for the fake donations to Flynn’s online cancer fund for Walt.

I have not even seen Twin Peaks, and even I know that David Lynch was robbed

The Americans possibly best season losing once again to GOT worst season pretty much sums up how I feel about 2017 so far. Disheartened, and assured that there’s more bad shit to come.

Unless you are making a romantic, for that you need a Lover not a Hader.
