And as with any day that involves Papa Johns, the following morning is always worse.

This reminds me of an interview I once read with Jon Bon Jovi, that started off with an anecdote of him playing Rock Band with his family, and he was on the vocals singing a Bon Jovi song and the game kept marking hm off for being off-tune.

Same! I actually boil pots of water to throw in the tub.

If she was 18, you wouldn’t be ashamed to say that she’s a little hot piece of ass.

Yup. We in the military have an obligation to refuse orders that are “immoral, illegal, or unethical.” If Adm. Zukunft believes that the orders he is being given to discriminate against his service members violate that criteria then he can absolutely push back on them.

I also always wonder who these anorexia movies are for, as they often push the “beautiful tortured thing girl” stereotype and let me tell you, anorexia sufferers feed off this. These kinds of movies are never cautionary tales, they’re actually very triggering and encouraging.

That’s not really fair. As goddamn stupid as this is, it was taped before Manchester. It’s not like Katy interrupted a live broadcast of the events last night to be all “but wait, my dancers.”

My point, however, is that you don’t know if a person has a disability or physical limitations just be looking at them. In the US and Canada a disproportionate number of disabled people use public transport vs a personal vehicle so the number is likely to be skewed in that direction.

I was a baby carrying mom when my children were that young and never did the stroller thing myself, but there are good reasons why parents rely on them beyond convenience. Chief among them, children with special needs or a parent with a disability (often a hidden disability) who rely on a stroller as an assistive

Strollers can help keep toddlers contained and in one space - if they weren’t in a stroller, they’d likely be trying to run all over the place, which is extra dangerous on public transportation. Don’t blame the caregivers - blame our social world for being set up with the expectation that women and people with babies

Please. Isn’t it often repeated here that men must stand up when they see others’ (women’s) rights being infringed upon? Well, here it is. This flight attendant was being a dick and the mother was crying. I woulda said something too.

The woman was travelling with 2 babies. I hardly think needing a stroller is being a dick.

You can totally bring an umbrella stroller on a plane and if she has two babies I get why she would want to. It takes for fucking ever for them to bring stuff up from underneath. I travel in a power wheelchair and I wait until everyone is off plus ten minutes, usually.

Nah in this case it actually helps. The fact that someone would be willing to do that even if its a act of macho bravery makes it more legit in the sense that this isnt just a crazy woman crying hysteria while the attendant was just “doing his job”. (huge run on sentence, i know)

This is dumb. If you don’t have personal CC devices, just turn on the captioning. Sure, someone might get annoyed, but people without disabilities just need to learn that the world doesn’t revolve around them.

It’s pretty staggering. If Trump had actually waited and tried to gain the proper support behind the scenes and, you know, actually practiced good negotiation tactics, it’s possible they could have eked out a victory. Instead, he looks like a complete and utter failure.

Donald: this is the deal, take it or leave it!

Coincidentally, this is also the procedure for when the CEO of AutoZone dies.

Hildy was a crazy bitch.
