I fit all my belongings into an NA miata for a cross country trip once. (Trunk was stuffed, even the crevices over the wheel wells were filled).
Someone recently told me that you can get put on a sex offender list if you drunkenly pee in public (I have not been able to verify whether this is accurate). I feel like that's a case where you shouldn't be put on there (at least not for life). Thoughts?

I don't know muscle cars well; you're probably right. Definitely a 'murrican thing though, which makes it seem so out of place on the Jag.
FWIW, my NA is at 4000RPM at 75MPH in top gear (fifth). I imagine the 6-speed equipped NC would have a taller final gear ratio, but the NC follows the same philosophy as the NA.
