Tell me about it - it’s been like this for the last week. North Dakota does this sometimes, so we’re not unprepared, but we’re not thrilled either. I have no plans to venture further than the lobby until January 2.

Fair, but I do think they go together. If Cher’s otherness came from being Native American rather than Armenian, she may have recognized what was off when she looked at the song and decided to sing it.

I haven’t started it yet, because I was “saving” it (it’s short enough to be called a novella), but it’s about a boarding school for children who have been on Alice in Wonderland or Narnia type adventures in other realms and who are out of place after returning. 

I’ll...look longingly at them! Jasper is a bit of a tease - despite a very tempting belly and toes, touching both is going to get you snapped at. One of the things that comes with adopting an adult cat. He gives great full-body cuddles with accompanying trilling for a soothing soundtrack, though.
