Did I miss why Five continues to wear his school uniform? Everyone else has new clothes. It’s bugging me but not enough to do a rewatch when I haven’t finished season two yet.

That’s when I stopped watching too. It was fun mindless fluff and sometimes you need that.

I was def expecting to see it on the list but maybe it’s such a gimme that they felt they needed to cover new creepy grounds?

The toasts were lovely - seems silly but I do wish Danson had been able to toast Bell.

I’m feeling a bit sad about the ending of this show and the WWW podcast in the same week too. I keep hoping josh and hrishi will give us one final episode of just the two of them chatting.

Depends on how functional the place is. I have a friend who was two weeks on the job without even knowing who her supervisor was - her first day she had no desk, computer or anyone who officially greeted her. So, yeah, work is weird.

Joe Jr despite his assertions isn’t her landlord. His father is the one who graciously forgives the window breaking but partly because he wants Lucy to date his loser son. Ick.

I had the same reaction/thoughts about Manny’s relationship comments. Definitely thought they did that poorly.

Murray Tyler Moore, Virgin Murray.  Sometimes I want to watch the show just for all the different names but then the feeling passes.

Nope, not the only one. Her secretly baptizing the kids would be enough to cause a rift in the family in some families. I’m not even a Catholic anymore and I was really tweaked by this storyline and how quickly it was resolved.

They merged with another company, and the new people kept her on so it’s not wholly the family company anymore I think. Though even as I enjoy the show I have to admit it’s so forgettable I could have that totally wrong.

Of all of her father’s friends, Happy will most likely be the only one around enough to help her remember her dad. It’s not as if the other Avengers are gonna stop by on a regular basis to take her to the park. So, yeah, that scene worked for me.

I can’t find it now but I read an article today where the director? producer? states that they couldn’t bring her back with the infinity stones because that would mean losing the Soul Stone. Which makes no sense. It’s not as if the stones could only be used once and they gave back the stones in the end sooo where’s

I’m oddly sad about ten years of entertainment ending, a fact that surprises me. I’m laying the full blame on Black Widow’s demise. It’s hard to even get excited about her standalone movie (which I think is a prequel) now knowing that in “the future” she’s gone. I’m sure people would complain so much but I wouldn’t

I did the same thing! Now I can watch the episode without dread - well, except for having to watch TJ being her usual annoying tiny Jane self.

Lily saying she needs the miles when she lets her dads use her credit card and their disinterest about where she’s going cracked me up. The show needs to end with her moving out and not letting them know where she moved to.

Maybe still with the sequel in mind? The rest get to use the same structure - Alita: Battle Royale, Alita: Battle Boogaloo etc. My best guess.

One of my absolute favorite workarounds is Cuba Gooding Jr saying “I’m all heart, [pause] my brother!” in the tv edit of Jerry Maguire. It’s the pause that does it for me for some reason. So ridiculously amusing.

I figured out the ac would be the big factor as soon as they commented on how hot the room was. I’ve watched way too many cop/csi shows to know that comment was in there for a reason. But even knowing we’d get to the ac at some point didn’t ruin the eopisode for me.

I thought that’s what he was calling it. It’s funnier to me to call it a burn barrel and to insinuate it’s constantly in use.
