Just a heads up- I tried to get a new card online two weeks ago. While it is technically LEGAL to do this in the states listed, the option on the website isn’t available everywhere yet, including most of California where I happen to be.

Surprise! Not everyone has a Christian marriage ceremony. Civil vows say nothing about sexual fidelity, many other non-Christian ones don’t as well.

That isn’t everyone’s vow. I know plenty of legally married couples who have a whole slew of variations on “we are married... but that doesn’t mean we’re 100% monogamous.” We don’t know anything about what their agreements with each other were before or after she started her job.

I am really glad you had good things this year!

I agree with this. When I was in my darkest places I was also on the Dean’s List. School work was my escape from all the other dark, scary thoughts around me. It was the place where life was simple, I just needed to look up the answers and write them down. Be in the place where they told me to be at the time they told

I really don’t have anything substantial to add, but I will agree with your son that “hooligan” is very fun to say.

You also don’t want to underestimate how great the internet and social media can be for kids, especially if they don’t have a lot of peers in their area into the same things as they are. I made some of my best friends online via message boards and such in the dark ages of the internet.

Hugs and kisses are a great start. Letting your kids know they can come to you with what is happening in their life and that you will believe them is huge. You won’t always be able to fix everything, and sometimes your kids will be wrong, or miss a key piece of the puzzle, and when that happens you can talk them

It used to be like Christmas for me and my sister when we could convince my mom to fire up theirs. She rarely did because fondue can really be a pain in the ass and the clean up is yuck, but oh man, I still remember sitting with my sister sticking bread on those forks and dunking them into beer cheese like it was

My parents got this exact one as a wedding gift in 1971!

It looks like it would be really hard to use and even harder to clean when you’re done.

Can’t tell the difference until they are puking it up an hour later because they can’t digest meat any more or are allergic to beef to begin with, you mean. People who do this are horrible.

Yeah, I found a recipe for black bean burgers years ago (like, I think I found it in the actual printed newspaper long ago) that is really good. I’m not a vegitarian and I still chose these over meat in my meal planning on a fairly regular basis. I have never found a restaurant that bothers to flavor/spice them as

I tried azelaic acid for my rosacea and it did have the added benefit of clearing up the little bit of hormonal acne I had. I only use it every other day or so when I’m getting a rosacea outbreak or else my skin starts to dry out, but I will totally second the recommendation overall.

This is pretty much how I operate and it seems to work well. I wash my face most nights to get the leftover SPF and any makeup I wore off then in the morning more of just a WAKE UP ALREADY splash in the face. Also, yes times 1000 to treat your neck the same as your face!

OK, well, to be truthful, “why are you replying?” with nothing else to clarify came across as rather curt and snarky, which is why I thought you were upset. Apparently that was not what you intended.

Yeah, I don’t have an issue with reusing boxes in general, but the stuff we were shipping was on the heavier side, so the boxes got trashed pretty quick. The main idea there is don’t re-use a box that has obviously seen WAY better days. :)

Well, the basis for feeling they are different or have different implications on coercion/ patient care/overall health/Dr. accountability, etc. directly comes from feeling that they are totally different things. The two statements are not completely separate from each other. In my experience the lack of

Oh my lord, yes to #2 and #4!

Because you asked about an opinion regarding the difference between clinical trials and what Dr. Lee was doing? I thought you were honestly wondering, apparently not?
