I look waaaay better with bangs. My hair gets all limp and weird in the front without them and if I pull it back I look like a schoolmarm.

For me the secret is finding exactly how thick the bangs should be- ie how far back on your head they should start. A super thick bang with give you the poodle poof, too little you’ll have sad, sad straggly wannabe curls, if you find the sweet spot, though, curly bangs are super awesome!

Yes. I don’t wash my jeans after ever wear, they don’t get that dirty that fast, but there does come a point where they just start to smell like DIRTY LAUNDRY, and you should wash dirty laundry. If you go too far past dirty laundry, yes, they just start to smell crotchy.

This is more or less what my parents did and it worked pretty well. We had to be in our rooms, in pajamas, teeth brushed by 9, but if we couldn’t sleep reading or something else quiet and mellow was fine (this was pre-devices, so that wasn’t an issue). Trying to force sleep is always a losing battle, even for an adult.

I do like the cut of this red one. I don’t like the button skirt when it’s the shapeless A-line most of these are, it’s rarely flattering, especially in a stiffer fabric.

This is why I do it. I hate mushy eggplant and a little salt and some time on paper towels takes care of a lot of that issue.
