Right, but you didn’t even get to see the end results of such a fantasy being played out, which is the whole point of the film. Any story should be judged by it’s entirety, not just the set up.

Way to boil down a movie, “Her,” which you have clearly never seen into “he fucks a computer”
The movie Her was actually very good and managed to steer clear of a lot of the pitfalls you would imagine with that kind of plot device.
I don’t even like Emma Stone all that much, but why oh why is she throwing her lot in with Woody Allen.
It’s not really gender-neutral, though. Since when do boys clothes include spaghetti straps? Or shorts that are actually, you know, short? Or shirts with cut outs?
The point is that when this is also a viable option for boys, then it will no longer be a sexist requirement that no child wear them.
I was sent home from the 1st grade (1 year older than this girl) because I wore shorts and a halter to school. They didn’t say anything to me but they told my mother I was “distracting to the boys.” The boys of course were also six years old. The idea of 6-year-olds lusting at the site of bare skin still kind of…
Yeah, I forgot to add that this was in middle school, and I was in 6th grade when I witnessed it. So these girls were 11 and 12 when this happened.
What the father had to say about that:
There was one teacher who would make us bend over and touch our toes to see how short they were.
5 year olds and 18 year old girls should be able to show their shoulders. It’s friggin hot in Texas and the 5 and 18 year old boys will just have to deal with it.
Oh yes. I remember the fingertip-length shorts rule. Of course no stores sold shorts that long, so I and everyone other girl in school were constantly shamed by having to stand up in front of class and justify our clothes. Teachers would walk by and if our shorts looked short while we were seated, we would be told to…
Who the fuck sexualizes a 5-year-old, much less spaghetti straps on a 5-year-old?!
every school dress code that is not a set uniform is about policing girls and girls alone.
I get that the dress code doesn’t differentiate between different ages (and I think women of any age should be able to wear whatever the fuck they want anyway), but what kind of fucked up sick person would tell a 5-year old they were showing too much skin? Just because it’s in the dress code doesn’t mean you need to…
Love him! My 17 year old daughter wore a dress with spaghetti straps yesterday and when a school administrator told her to cover up she asked him if her shoulders were turning him on. She's a sassy thing and I love it.
A Texas man wrote an impassioned blog post for the Houston Press after his five-year-old daughter was told by staff…
I have a feeling this is going to somehow spur Four Loko to be even more aggressive in its attempts to be the #1 date rape alcohol of choice.
Bud Light: Now the official beer of High School and College Football teams everywhere!
How many people had to approve that, d’ya think?
