No they aren’t. Intent is everything. Micoagressions are things that insecure mentally ill people complain about because they dont’ want to take responsibility for their own feelings.

Except that micro-aggressions are not worthy of response they’re getting. Plus, just because you don’t like what you’re hearing doesn’t mean everyone has to bend to your will. If you are policing people beyond common sense, maybe you are the oppressor.
