You are spot on. If Trubisky had 6 picks, I could convince myself he just had a bad game. Last night, however, felt normal for him. He was pretty accurate at close range and made a couple of decent throws. This is probably his ceiling. So depressing.

I was in such denial before this game. “Trubisky just needs to slightly improve, just play all the time like he did in the 2nd half of the Eagles game, and we’ll be contenders.” Then last night happened. The veil has been lifted. 7-9 is real.
