@Vondruke: I never said that. I said it is an OK show, not bad, not great.
@Vondruke: I never said that. I said it is an OK show, not bad, not great.
@KarateMedia: That's cool, glad you like it. I guess we disagree slightly. I like it too, but only to a certain extent.
@Vondruke: All professionals are good at what they do?
@Al Swearengen hates cocksuckers v2: Who are you replying to here? I am sure there are some people complaining it isn't faithful 100% — there always are — but I haven't seen too many of them here.
@ginnymcqueen: I'll take some of those, thanks.
@elreyloco: My sentimonies precisely.
@balkaster: Yeah, I'm going to have to go ahead and disagree with everything you just said, but it's ok, we can share the internet.
@FlirtySanchez: So you want them to report a movie sucks based on suspicion?
@Broda: Right, I found that particularly annoying as well.
@HotSoup: Yes and no. Like every single other job ever, they inflate the significance of their expertise because, duh, they want to stay employed. But there are very real difference between varietals, vintages and origin that are pretty easy to have a relative grasp on.
@David Billiter: yes
@superfluousK: the nerve of them, huh?
@Cribbage Left: Yeah, that's a pretty unique fetish you have there ;)
@grendel_khan: Because she hadn't seen it yet?
@storymark: What sort of actual human being does that? I read all the comics, I liked them a good deal. I found this last episode to be lackluster. That has nothing to do with its success.
@LarsThorwald: Zombies using rocks doesn't bum me out. Lazy character stereotypes do. And forgettable acting.
I found this to be a huge drop off from the premiere. That aforementioned racist stereotype was only the worst of a collection of forgettable characters, clunky dialogue and b-movie acting that seems more like zombie film standard than genre-pushing quality that this show, and AMC in general, are known for.
@NickFoote: The method he used to destabilize the molecular structure of the bank wall also degraded the barrier between the two universes somehow. That's what they theorized anyway on the show.
@Mr_Academic: Oh, are we talking about premiere ratings or single episode ratings? Because the former is less impressive, considering there have been like 5 premieres in the network's history. Single episode ratings leader would be something else. Anyway, I'm just glad it got an audience. Love MM, BB and now WD.
@Adam Coleman: I am surprised, especially considering how pervasive Mad Men is across popular culture.
