I have no desk space to use a mouse, so when I play stuff on the PC, I use my PS3 controller. That's not often, however, as my laptop is not really cut out for games more recent than 2002

Everyone I played Halo with called them "Sticky bombs" because they stick. Before TF2 came out.
That's why I play UT3. Hundreds of free maps, even on a console.
It would have made money from me and a friend if it had mods on PS3. They could have done it. They were working with Epic, who did it before. Otherwise, I had no interest in it. I don't need another super violent shooter by itself. User Generated content adds interest.
"or residue from older gen systems"
Someone needs to tell me:
Comas and all?
It's a crime that this is coming out so soon and Versus doesn't even have a release window.
Versus is everything XIII wasn't... so far. That could change, and it may suck, but it looks worlds better than XIII.
They had a similar friendship with Sony (who put components into the SNES)
Actually, if there WERE a partnership, MS would not drop XBL Gold, Sony would drop free PSN. The ability to use both Xbox type and DualShock type controllers would be nice, but not likely. They'd go with one (or make it regional: DS in Japan, XBW in US and UK, and... ??? in Europe) and stick with it. Also, as MS would…
Sony UK's R&D did have the "right programming", they just weren't game makers, and no one bothered picking it up. I'm far more impressed by what I saw from them than what I saw from MS, it's just that MS did a better job selling the tech to devs... Not a MUCH better job, not yet, but better nonetheless.
Not quite the same, but not that different either. With the right programming behind it, you can do amazing things with an RGB camera, including many of the "new" things that Kinect does.
Yes. This was the biggest problem with the Silent Hill series. The director did not speak English natively, and as such could not correct the performances of the characters. Metal Gear, however, was done in Japanese for Japan and in English for the US, and the English version had a native english speaking voice…
This is classic. That describes twitter. The only thing it's missing is "On the can after spicy sausage" and "Terrible things are happening. I'm making a difference"
Well, my point was less about it being banned per se as much as it was about its similarity to America's favorite sport.
It does? See, what I see there is, while their wording makes it sound like Sony was just the big bad lawyers and Nintendo was the David against their Goliath (which I don't believe, knowing the way Nintendo treated their devs back in the NES era and even the SNES era), it also acknowledges that Nintendo backstabbed…
EX sony... EX. He owns his own company, and THAT company holds the patent for the technology, not Sony. Get your head out of your ass and actually read the damned article.
make this for the Eye. I would LOVE to play Kung Fu Live without risking injury.
