Yes! I work with folks who have dementia and Alzheimer’s. Some of them are still fairly lucid but my GOD they have verbal diarrhea..and say some of THE most inappropriate thing.

There is an enormous amount of evidence for the benefits of meditation, and not bullshit evidence either. This isn’t spiritual mumbo-jumbo stuff, it’s straightforward training the brain to relieve anxiety and stress. Deep breathing is an important part of getting into a meditative state.

Haha. Prior to the advent of the smartwatch, the purpose of the watch was a style/status accessory...and Apple kinda nailed the watch in that respect. So, based on that fact, it is ridiculous to argue that Google got that right.
