Agreed. As a kid, setting up all the shit and watching the download bar slowly tick up was all a part of the joy and anticipation. Maybe that is not normal. Lot of kids probably want it ready to go out of box.

They are not complete trash, they feel great in my hands, but agree they are way overpriced considering they do fall apart and break easily. I’ve never had multiple problems with any game controller in my human life until I got my Elite 2. Buyer beware.
