I didn’t get my point across well enough. What I was trying to point out is how ridiculous the idea is and kinda baffling that devs (or whoever thought of this) were onboard.

I think the worst part of this whole thing is the fact that it’s day 1. I just got a game, I’m excited for it! What do I do? I don’t play it, I watch another person basically spoil every new thing I didn’t know about that I would have experienced had I played a game I just got. That is totally what I like to do. Sure.
Cool, can I replay missions yet to get that final skull I missed in one of the first missions? I’ve been waiting to get 100% completion of campaign for months.
I ran into some games that were marked as playable but weren’t, but I also found a lot of games that are not enough data to be 100% playable without tinkering.
If these release, they will fail commercially, and few years down the line Sega will throw its hands in the air saying “We tried! No one wanted these franchises!”
Seems like most of these character are unlockable in game, save for Wexley since he’s a code you get from doing the website survey. I already had Nute Gunray, Admiral Haldo (space mission), Aayla Secura (race), Emperor Palpatine (episode 2 or 3). Not sure about Christmas variants, though. I’ll wait until I’m done with…
Let’s take this bit by bit:
One thing I noticed about most multiplayer games - as times goes on, most things just keep getting nerfed. Things like one-shot-kill shotgun becomes 3-4 shots to kill. Handgun is slower to shoot. Machine gun takes forever to reload. In a few year’s time, what was a fun, pick up and play, fast paced, brainless game…
I just want PSPlus Essential + PS1/2 games. That’s it. I don’t care about PS Now, I don’t care about 400 games I can play. I’ll buy games I want to play anyway, especially since day-1 exclusives aren’t there.
No, that’s it. He’s the punchline.
Not sure about “forgotten”. I think it’s been brought up a bunch of times over the last 8-10 years on websites like reddit and such. It’s more like trivia knowledge that rears its head whenever a pokefan hears “musical”.
I played 0, Kiwami, K2, 3, 4. They always tweak it. I think I’m thinking Yakuza 2 specifically, but it may have been in Kiwami, as well.
“But since healing items also increase your health points, you’re encouraged to snack whenever you don’t have full health. You not only get some health back, but you’ll also deepen your overall health pool.”
Reminds me of Yakuza series - you eat, you get health and colored points. You can use the points to increase…
If you take gif as a word, not acronym, then it’s also cvc. Like: gap, gas, gat, get, gel (short for gelatin), git, gum, gun, gut... I’m sure there’s plenty more, but that’s from top of my head. So the only 3 letter j-sounding words I can think of, gin, and gel, are short for different words, whereas all other ones…
Where vowels and consonants are changes how words are pronounced in English (though there are exceptions). So of those, giraffe and giant are eliminated as false equivalents since one is cvcv and the other is cvvc. House vs home, the e at the end of home changes o for example. So that leaves gin - which is actually…
Microsoft is a such a huge company that there’s hundreds of devs coming and leaving every year. I don’t think they wipe the brains of those engineers whenever they leave the company with how the source code works in their minds!
The onus of proof is on you. The “in reality” sounds like a conspiracy and you have no proof of your own.
At this point they’ve been worse than MS. Every update seems to have big issues. With Microsoft it felt like once-a-year thing. With Apple, it’s been every other month. If not Macs then it’s the iPhone.
For people playing Tunic now that also played it when it was a demo a year or 2 ago. Is it any better? Is the beginning any different? Because I finished the demo (as far as I remember), and it just didn’t gel with me. It was pretty mediocre in my book, and I was pretty disappointed as it looked really good.
Am I the only one who was like “Well, Ted is dead... Oh he’s alive? Oh no, back to dead. Meh.”
