Someone mentioned the Odin Lite for example. The Retroid Pocket 3+ is android based so you can download PS Remote play. In both the case of any android device and this you need a playstation 5 and a wifi connection that’s strong enough to stream from one device to the other. 

for $200 you can get an android/linux device that plays more games and also offers the streaming capabilities this does.
