I owned a ‘92 Corrado SLC in this color with beige, partial leather interior. Great interior (for VW) and fast for 1092 VW but because of so much power in front-wheel drive vehicle, it suffered terrible torque steer. Repairs and insurance were expensive. This interior is gross and why leave the stock carpeting?

BMW installed Recarros in the 1980 320i S package vehicles. It also came with a front spoiler, Blaupunkt radio, no badge on deck lid and was only available in silver and white.

It’s important to remember that prior to the 325e, in the US, BMW only offered IL-4s in its 3-series coups. In 1984, there were no 3-series sedans nor cabriolets. This was the first 3-series IL-6 offered in the US. People, who could afford it, were however importing 323i cabriolets from Europe. My first BMW was a 1980

Exactly! The 2002 and early 3-6 series had well proportioned grills.
