Ah, tut tut, you don't know what the actual tow rating for your Grand Cherokee based on the J2807 course.

Potentially, the author of this article though that less power to weight ratio is better.

Sure, better power to weight ratio but still a 9 sec o-60 time.

400hp @ ~$34,000 base + tax.

Much stiffer chassis than a Rav4 though. Same platform though.

Price will probably be 29-31 for base model with FWD.

I think it looks pretty bad in standard trim. It's too pinched from all sides. It looks strange. Just look at the profile of the standard NX vs. the F-Sport on the configurator.

Does lateral G change by 15%?

That's different. Miata has 100 hp less and 150 lbf ft less.

I don't think it's that dramatic. This car still makes a lot of power and a ton of torque. So now it'll have a marginally slower 0-60 time and pull marginally fewer G in the corners.

Yeah, 15% is big but 350 lbs is not that big.

I guess compared to better automatic transmissions, this one is pretty bad. There already have been 2 software updates to correct shifting issues on this transmission, one from December and one announced a few weeks ago but it's not out yet. I'm really curious to see what the Ranger Rover is like because it's the same

Oh well. Ultimately, it won't matter. This car will still be great.

Two gears plus dog clutches plus additional shaft length plus additional casing length, plus like you said, additional fluid. What do the actuators and hydraulics on a manual weigh?

... what did you think this car was going to cost. 54k is below where I thought it would be. Everyone kept saying it was going to be ~50-60k. So, why are 346 lbs such a deal breaker?

VW, Porsche, BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Acura, Ferrari, and McLaren all have 7-speed dual clutches while the comparable manual trans. car, if it has a manual, has a 6-speed.

1/4 mile times for this car are meaningless. Maybe a 0-60 time increase would be better.

Before anyone complains they should ask themselves, "Does this affect my plans to buy this car?"

That's usually because DCTs have more gears.

On the other side of the coin, if you can call it that, are actors Russell Crowe and Rose McGowan, who have hosted events at the hotel and have called the boycott "misguided," as they believe that it's just punishing the hotel workers. So there's that.
