Well, by now we know I was right. :) This is really cool. So as far as lore goes I think it’s save to assume: Battle Royale and Save the world both play in their own “dimensions”, but the event tied them together as both of these realities went down during the event (although for different reasons).
In Save the world

I got my son a DJ Marshmellow costume with a seperate helmet with EL lit glowing eyes. :) He was the star of the evening.
All the Fortnite players recognized the famous skin from the game (“Look, there’s Marshmellow!!!”). Some adults recognized him as the original DJ. Small kids thought he was a cool ghost or space

I am not a Battle Royale player but more of a Save the World player and I also wanted to point out that the current event chain of STW kinda seems to fit in with all of this, too.
In the event chain, the main story guys started to mess with time and somewhat “broke” their reality/dimension. At the very end, Ray (one

A great summary of how things are. The whole discussion is beyond unreasonable. Just compare for one second. Here in Germany for example, we have a nation of gamers (the biggest consumer games convention, GamesCom, is held here for a reason) most of which also play shooters.

I couldn’t agree more. Although this is one of my alltime top genres, I really never liked this word either.
By the way, I was expecting to see mention of the term “rogue-like” as well. ^^ I know it is more fitting than “Metroidvania” but, hmm...

Very promising! All those publishers won’t give up their platforms easily though. If they would just let GoG Galaxy take over as a main launcher, they would loose their advertising advantages. So, I don’t expect this to get the all powerful launcher anytime soon. Unless GoG allows each platform to advertise

That’s EXACTLY what I thought, too. And I am kinda dissapointed that it looks like it’s NOT for powering the device... Super-low energy display and a crank... common, why not?
An unlimted energy device would have been my reason for buying this, but if it’s just another low performance handheld with a crank, I don’t

Finally another game like “Lovers in a dangerous spacetime”! Well... kind of the opposite in regards to atmosphere... but the whole “several players needed to operate one craft” thing is just awesome. We really needed more! :D
This is now on my whishlist. Thanks and GG.

Haha, I love this reply. Made my day. :) ...also I second that, of course. ^.^

I absolutely agree. And that’s coming from someone who always knew about TLA but never got the chance to watch it until last year, now with my own kids. :)

The real question is: Why is Jesus developing video games?

There’s your action figure.

This made me wonder: What about games that have no credits at all? Do those win by default? Or do they get disqualified? :)
