LOTS of it. A huge amount of it is also unfit for habitation due to sub-standard construction.
I noticed that, too, although it’s obviously the result of state-run construction versus private construction.
I also wonder how much of the architecture is empty.
It lacks pollution and road/water traffic due to no economic activity. Nature left alone is pretty clean. But it is actually a nice looking city.

granted I skimmed the video, but it’s just astonishing how, in a city of 2.5 million people, there is virtually no car or boat traffic at all. could you imagine flying over chicago and seeing the streets and water this barren?
